To set up a free Yahoo! Mail account in Mozilla Thunderbird:
* First install YPOPs! and make sure it is running.
#Then Select Tools | Account Settings... from the menu in Mozilla Thunderbird.
# Then Click Add Account....
# Select Email account
# Click Continue.
# Then enter your name under Your Name:.and type your Yahoo! Mail address (for example "abc@yahoo.com","abc@ymail.com") under Email Address:.
# Click Continue.
# Then select POP under Select the type of incoming server you are using..
# Type "localhost" under Incoming Server:.
#If you use Windows Vista or run into troubles later, try using "127.0.0.1" *

I installed some plugins on my ms outlook and after that. My outlook started running erratically. It was awful for my work. Unexpectedly I noticed a tool at the Inet which rapidly aided me and in my opinion will be good resolution for other such propositions - convert ost file.
